What do you need done?

Electrical

Switchboards

Your power keeps cutting out, the board still has old ceramic fuses, or an insurer or buyer's inspection has flagged it as a risk. Old switchboards weren't built for the number of appliances, air conditioners and chargers a modern home runs, and ceramic fuse boards don't have the safety switch protection current homes need.

EV Chargers

You've bought or are about to pick up an electric vehicle and need a proper home charger, not an extension cord run out to the driveway. The right install depends on your car's charging capability and whether your switchboard has the capacity to handle it without tripping other things in the house.

Safety Switches

You've had a shock, a safety switch keeps tripping, or you've realised your home doesn't have one at all. Safety switches (RCDs) cut power in a fraction of a second if there's a fault, which is what stops a faulty appliance or a damaged cable from causing a serious shock or a fire.

Lighting

Old halogen downlights are running hot and pushing up your power bill, a light fitting has stopped working, or you're renovating and need lighting planned properly instead of downlights dropped in a grid. Halogen-to-LED swaps are one of the quickest ways to cut running costs, and outdated or damaged fittings are a common fire and safety risk.

Power Points

You've run out of power points, need one added for a new appliance or workspace, or an existing outlet is loose, hot to touch, or has stopped working. Overloaded double adaptors and powerboards are a common cause of house fires, and a power point that's warm or discoloured needs looking at straight away.

Fault Finding

You've got power flickering, a circuit that trips randomly, a light that buzzes, or something that just doesn't feel right, and nobody's been able to pin down why. Intermittent faults are frustrating because they don't always show up when someone's looking, so it takes proper testing rather than guesswork to track down.

Commercial

You're running a shop, office or small warehouse and need electrical work done without shutting the business down for longer than necessary, or a compliance issue has come up that needs sorting before it becomes a bigger problem. Downtime costs money, so scheduling and communication matter as much as the electrical work itself.

Common questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All work is carried out by a licensed WA electrical contractor (EC17637JH) and we carry full public liability insurance. Licence details are available on request and shown on your invoice and compliance paperwork.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Yes, a call-out fee applies and it's confirmed with you on the phone before we're dispatched, so there's no surprise when the invoice arrives. For emergency or after-hours call-outs, we'll tell you that fee upfront too.

How fast can you actually get to me?

For genuine emergencies, we prioritise getting to you the same day. For standard bookings, we'll give you a realistic window when you call rather than a vague estimate, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Will I get a certificate or notice for the work?

Yes, a Certificate of Electrical Compliance is issued for relevant electrical work, and any required notices are lodged as needed. Keep this with your property records — it's often asked for by insurers, buyers and landlords.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, bank transfer and standard electronic payment methods. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote, and invoices are itemised so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Is your work covered by warranty?

Yes, workmanship is guaranteed on all jobs. Parts and equipment carry their own manufacturer warranty on top of that, and we'll explain what applies to your specific job before work starts.

What areas do you service?

We cover Perth metro and the Peel region, including Mandurah, Rockingham, Baldivis, Halls Head and Secret Harbour. If you're just outside these areas, call us — we can often still help.
